2006/07/01 - Number 9

Hopefully a quick post - certainly a much happier one.

Sat Night was a special night because the organiser of our weekly game actually came second at the Casino tournament I mentioned in our last post and collected $8000!!!

WELL DONE KING.

To celebrate, he graciously offered Pizza for all who attended AND a free box of 500 casino chips for all 9 who made the final table.

I felt like I wanted a feed of Pizza and chips and set myself for a solid performance.

27 people attended (the word free brings people out of the woodwork) and thanks to some slow playing of flopped sets i built a handy stack.

Long story short it came to heads up and with $500 for 1st and $300 4 2nd we chopped for $400 each.

This win means i will enroll for next $125 tourney again.
